The technique for manufacturing a puzzle varies with its design. For instance; the raw part for the Column puzzle is CNC machined out of 6061 Aluminum then type III hard-coat anodized black. Other puzzles are die or investment cast at 2,5000 degrees!

Then parts shipped to our warehouse (Damein's garage) where they are quality checked and assembled by hand by Nate and Damein.

Our puzzles are manufactured globally by our trusted partners. We have worked with them on many projects and built a foundation
of reliability and quality.

We worked hard to find domestic partners but at the small quantities
we have to work with its nearly impossible to get a competitive price from a US based manufacturer. The quotes we get back are literally 10x
the offshore quotes.

We will ship domestic orders via a ground service (USPS Priority, UPS
or FedEx depending on package size and destination). These packages will have tracking information that will work within the US.

Yes, we'll ship all international orders utilizing carriers that have
reliable tracking information,which will vary by specific territory. All
shipments will be subject to local duties and taxes.

Generally you have 30 days to return a puzzle. We hand pack every puzzle and ensure its perfect and functioning before it goes out the door but sometimes there are mistakes made.

So we take things like this on a case-by-case basis. If you aren't happy with your puzzle please reach out to Solutions@curiopuzzles.co and we will make it right.
