The puzzle itself is awesome! However I would like to bring your attention to the packaging of the puzzle. It has several problems:

1. The puzzle is really heavy. You used glued cardboard partitions in a box to hold the puzzle. During delivery they were completely destroyed by the puzzle itself. You know, delivery companies don't stand on ceremony with parcels. They throw and hit them many times. Because of this and the big weight of the puzzle the cardboard was crumpled and torn. Please see the photos showing results.
How to fix: you should use dense cross-linked polyethylene foam for making inserts, not cardboard. Check puzzlemaster inserts as an example. I bet you can make it even better.

2. The outside of the storage box itself was damaged as well - see the photo of the corner of the box. The parcel was so tight that it contained a puzzle box and no filler at all. And again, because parcels are always hit and thrown, the corner was damaged.
How to fix: you should use a bigger parcel box and put some filler from all sides of the box in a parcel. As minimum - several layers of bubble wrap. Foam balls would be better I think. In addition, the filler would have absorbed the shock and perhaps the insert in the box would have been less damaged as well.

Please, take it into account during packaging of your next puzzle. I would definitely back it on Kickstarter or purchase directly.

As interesting and satisfying as expected! Curious to know if the parts were waxed? prior to final assembly. It seemed as though it was a bugger to disassemble initially, but loosened up after a few run throughs. Love the puzzles to be sure!

This puzzle is very well made. It has a great weight to it, and it makes for a beautiful decoration on a shelf or a desk.
It is a fun challenge. First, struggling to take it apart, and then wondering how the heck to get it back together. Very creative and fun!
