The Jack in stainless steel is the same six-bar interlocking burr in a brighter, more architectural finish. The bars are precision cut on a Swiss machine with tight tolerances. Cold to the hand, dense, with a bright satin finish when new. Pulling it apart takes a few seconds. Reassembly is the puzzle.
